Note

1st term fee should be paid at the time of admission by first year students and before 5th July by II and III year students.

The fee is same as above for these students in II & III year except caution deposit. II term fee should be paid before 15th November every year. The students who fail to pay the fees as per the schedule will have to pay a penalty of Rs 2/- per day. They must clear the dues, if any by December 15th, otherwise their examination application forms will not be accepted by the college.

Student's Recognition fee has to be paid by the students every year to the University.

Eligible SC & ST Students need not pay the Tuition Fee.

Rules & Regulations

We expect our students to abide by our rules and regulations outlined as follows-

Strict discipline is ensured with a firm hand and College Principal possesses complete power for maintaining discipline among the students of the college. He may frame, from time to time, any rule or rules to enforce discipline and maintain order in the college.

Every student on admission should sign a declaration-pledging adherence, to the rules and regulations of the college, which shall be countersigned by the parent.

The Principal shall have the power to inflict punishment on the erring student, which includes fine, loss of attendance, suspension, expulsion, rustication etc.

No meeting or Programmeme can be organised by the students in the college without prior permission of the Principal.

The students are expected to keep the college campus neat and clean and avoid disfiguring walls or damage college property.

Students should spend their leisure time in the reading room and should not loiter in the corridors disturbing the other classes.

Behavior of the students with the teaching staff, office staff and other employees of the college should be polite and courteous.

Fee once paid will not be refunded whether a student attends the college or not. If he/she leaves the college in the middle of the academic year, he/she should pay the entire fee of the year.

All the rules and regulations and instructions which are issued by the Kakatiya University from time to time will be made applicable to the students.

System

Attendance Policy

Students shall be required to put a minimum attendance of 75% in each paper in theory and practical to be eligible to appear for the University Examinations.

The Principal will ordinarily place himself in communication, whenever necessary with the parents/guardians of such of the students who are not regular in their attendance and whose conduct is not satisfactory. The students if found incorrigible even after warnings may be removed from the rolls under intimation to their parent s/guardians. The decision of the Principal in this matter shall be final and binding. Parents are also requested to watch the academic progress of their wards constantly.

In House Examinations

The college will conduct House Examinations at the end of each month to assess the ability in the subject and grasp, comprehension of the students in each subject apart from the University Examinations. The students will also be required to complete a certain set of assignments, which are sent to them by the respective lecturers. If the students fail to appear for any House Examination or fail to submit the assignments in time, the college authorities will punish them after their parents are intimated.

There will also be a mid-term examination and a Pre-Final Examination in November and February respectively on the pattern of the University Examination. Students who are not regular in submitting the assignments and who skip the House Examinations and the Pre-Final examination will not be permitted to appear for the University Examinations.

Career Guidance Bureau

For the all round development of the students, the college has started a "Career Guidance Bureau" in the academic year 2001-2002, the same being inaugurated by Sri G Sudheer Babu, Additional Superintendent of Police, Khammam. This BUREAU conducts development Programmes such as personality development, career opportunities, employment opportunities etc.,

Industrial Tour

BBM III year students shall have to take part in the Industrial Tour.

Women's Hostel

To meet the needs of the accommodation for the outstation Girl students, a women's hostel in a strict & disciplined environment.

Scholarships

Scholarships for the eligible candidates under various reservation categories such as SC/ST/BC/PHC, Merit and National Loan Scholarship will be made available after sanction and release by the Government. APSRTC Bus Pass and Railway Concession Pass facilities are also available.
